Installation

Install from PyPI
-----------------

Create an environment::

   conda create -n Harmonics_CNI python=3.11
   conda activate Harmonics_CNI

Install Harmonics::

   pip install harmonics-bio

Install from GitHub
-----------------

Clone the repository::

    git clone https://github.com/YangLabHKUST/Harmonics.git
    cd Harmonics

Create an environment::

    conda create -n Harmonics_CNI python=3.11
    conda activate Harmonics_CNI

Install the required packages::

    pip install -r requirements.txt

Install Harmonics::

    python setup.py build
    python setup.py install
